Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading the successful integration and implementation of our Fintech solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SDKs, integration processes, and a proven track record of delivering seamless solutions for clients.Responsibilities :- Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, designing and architecting systems that align with client needs and overall business objectives.- Collaborate closely with project managers to define project scope, establish clear deliverables, and create realistic timelines.- Develop comprehensive implementation plans and strategies, considering scalability, performance, security, and long-term maintainability.- Configure and customize software applications, including our core SDKs, to meet specific client specifications and functionalities.- Integrate and deploy software solutions seamlessly within various environments (on-premise, cloud-based platforms).- Troubleshoot and effectively resolve technical issues that may arise during and after implementation, ensuring smooth system operation.- Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.- Partner with developers to design, test, and implement custom functionalities, extensions, and integrations.- Conduct training sessions and create detailed user documentation to empower clients to leverage the implemented solutions effectively.- Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, technical discussions, and addressing client inquiries.Requirements :- 3+ years of experience in implementing and integrating software development kits (SDKs) within client environments.- Solid understanding of popular coding languages like Go, Python, Java, or Kotlin (familiarity with at least one is preferred).- In depth knowledge of integration design principles and the ability to lead and manage the integration flow.- Proven experience as an Implementation Manager or similar role, preferably within the Fintech industry.- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting process execution issues and implementing effective solutions.- Proficiency in writing and running queries using tools like SQL or Python scripts, alongside proficiency in tools like Postman to facilitate smooth integration processes.- Understanding and hands-on experience with mobile development frameworks like React Native, Flutter, Cordova, or Ionic React (a plus).- Experience in maintaining and adapting existing integration solutions to accommodate changes in client or internal environments.- Strong understanding of scripting and testing methodologies within client environments.
