Job Description :Recrud is delighted to announce an opportunity on behalf of a distinguished client, a burgeoning SaaS startup, seeking to appoint a seasoned Business Analyst.This role is pivotal for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in creating Data Pipelines, aimed at enhancing data-driven decision-making processes within the organization.Responsibilities :Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support analytics and business intelligence needs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, define, and understand data requirements, ensuring the accurate implementation of data strategies.Perform data analysis and modeling to uncover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimization opportunities.Implement and advocate for data governance and quality standards across the organization.Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues, optimizing processes where necessary.Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data analytics, recommending improvements to tools and processes.Contribute to the creation of visualizations and reports for stakeholders to facilitate the easy understanding of key metrics and insights.Qualifications :A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines, preferably within a SaaS environment.Proficient in SQL and experience with programming languages such as Python or Java.Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and familiarity with data warehousing concepts.Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is highly desirable.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Additional Information :This role offers the chance to be a part of a dynamic and innovative team, with flexible working conditions and the opportunity to significantly impact the startup's growth and success.The ideal candidate is someone passionate about data analytics and driven to uncover insights that influence strategic decisions.If you are looking to leverage your experience in data pipeline creation within a vibrant SaaS startup environment, we encourage you to apply.
