Job Description: We are seeking a talented and dynamic IT Business Analyst with both pre-sales and post-sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and clients, ensuring that our solutions meet their business needs effectively. Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and objectives. Assist in pre-sales activities such as product demonstrations, proposal creation, and solution presentations. Analyse client business processes and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization. Translate client requirements into technical specifications and workflows. Work closely with project managers and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. Provide post-sales support, including training, troubleshooting, and ongoing relationship management. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues or concerns. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. 2-4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on both pre-sales and post-sales activities. Strong understanding of IT systems and technologies, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in client-facing roles, with a customer-centric mindset. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM software and project management tools is a plus.
