Shift Timing : 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST Location : Work from home (WFH) Note : This is a remote position, and a strong internet connection is required (company subsidy available) Job Overview : Efficiently is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meeting sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. If you are energetic and have a willingness to learn along with the drive and creativity to uncover every opportunity, we want to talk to you! Roles & Responsibilities Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails Identify customer needs and requirements and articulate solution benefits Work in B2B customer segments only Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online Track all activity in Salesforce (CRM) Qualifications & Requirements Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience with a minimum of 2+ years of international experience. (Preferably with US B2B Sales experience but not with Middle East sales experience.) Outbound Sales - US Region experience. Having IT(Tech) sales experience would be an added advantage. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Ability to learn quickly and think strategically. Strong phone presence and experience dialing 70+ calls per day. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools. Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
