Job Description :As a Chatbot Tester you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our chatbot platform.In addition to testing chatbot interactions, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining APIs that support our chatbot ecosystem.This role requires a deep understanding of chatbot testing tools, and a commitment to delivering a seamless user experience.- Minimum of two years of experience in chatbot testing.- Proficiency in chatbot testing tools like Botium and any one tool exp should be there.- Familiarity with software testing methodologies and best practices.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Experience in Automotive is a plus- Conduct comprehensive testing of chatbot interactions to identify and address any defects or issues, ensuring a smooth user experience. - API Management: Create and maintain APIs that support our chatbot ecosystem, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability. - Tool Proficiency: Utilize chatbot testing tools such as Botium and other relevant tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. - Software Testing Methodologies: Apply software testing methodologies and best practices to develop and execute test plans, scripts, and case- This role requires a deep understanding of chatbot testing tools, and a commitment to delivering a seamless user experience.- RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs- Software Testing Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, Test-driven Development (TDD)- Automation Testing Tools: Selenium, Appium (ref:hirist.tech)
