Essential Functions :- Infrastructure knowledge supporting Firewalls, Switches, Servers, Endpoints, Telecomm. - Provision and maintain Ci/CD tooling, write and maintain build/deploy scripts. - Develop Infrastructure as Code to provision AWS resources. - Design and build high availability infrastructure keeping business operations and objectives in mind. - Build scalable, secure, and cost-optimized AWS architecture. - Ensure best practices are followed and implemented.- Track industry trends and maintain knowledge of new technologies, advising leadership/team of opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs and/or create competitive advantages. - Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to ensure a cohesive approach to infrastructure and application security.- Participate in regular security reviews and planning sessions as needed.- Incident Response and Recovery: Participate in incident response planning and execution, including post-mortem analysis and preventive measures implementation.- Support Security Compliance and Auditing with the team: Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations (such as SOC 1 Type 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF). - Security is a shared responsibility, follow best practices SSDLC, Continuously Cyber Security Posture Improvement across all Infra/Apps.- Analyze and remediate vulnerabilities and advise developers of vulnerabilities requiring updates to code. - Create/Maintain documentation and diagrams for application/security and network configurations. - Ensure systems are monitored using monitoring tools such as Datadog and issues are logged and reported to required parties.
