We are seeking candidates with relevant experience in product management and a deep understanding of the stock broking industry, including active trading experience. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform and delivering exceptional value to our users.Key Responsibilities:1. Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and competitive analysis.2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and operations, to drive product development initiatives from concept to launch.3. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze data to identify opportunities for product improvements and optimizations.4. Develop product roadmaps, timelines, and release plans aligned with business goals and customer expectations.5. Work closely with stakeholders to communicate product vision, gather requirements, and ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.6. Monitor product performance and key metrics, iterate on features, and drive continuous improvement based on user feedback and data-driven insights.7. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments in the stock broking and trading space.8. Champion a user-centric and data-driven approach to product development, advocating for the best interests of traders and investors on the Dhani Stocks platform.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or stock broking industry.- Active trading experience in stock markets and a strong understanding of trading platforms, order execution, market data, and trading strategies.- Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs and market insights into innovative product solutions.- Proficiency in agile development methodologies, product management tools, and analytics platforms.- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.- Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering high-impact and user-centric products in a fast-paced environment.- Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for building exceptional products and driving business growth.
