Job Description :You will leverage your in-depth AEM expertise to craft solutions that align with business needs, industry best practices, and scalability requirements. This role demands strong technical leadership and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Responsibilities :Solution Design :- Architect and design AEM solutions that seamlessly integrate with business objectives and leverage industry best practices.- Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp their specific needs and translate them into effective, well-defined technical solutions.- Document technical designs and solution roadmaps for clarity and future reference.Technical Leadership:- Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams working on AEM projects.- Champion the adoption of AEM best practices and development standards within the team.- Mentor and train developers to enhance their AEM skills and knowledge.Development and Support:- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of AEM-based applications.- This includes customization, integration, and extension of the AEM platform to meet specific project requirements. - Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code.Integration:- Design and implement seamless integrations between AEM and other critical enterprise systems, including third-party applications and services.- Ensure efficient data flow and interoperability between AEM and other technology components, fostering a cohesive digital ecosystem.Performance Optimization :- Conduct thorough performance analysis and optimization of AEM applications for optimal user experience.- Implement caching strategies and other techniques to enhance application performance and responsiveness.Security and Compliance:- Guarantee that AEM solutions adhere to rigorous security standards and best practices.- Implement robust measures to safeguard against security vulnerabilities and maintain data integrity.Key AEM Skillset :- In-depth understanding of AEM development, encompassing templates, components, workflows, and development lifecycles.- Proven experience with AEM upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning methodologies.- Solid foundation in web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.- Experience working with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaS) is highly desirable.- Working knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and various caching strategies.- Familiarity with front-end development frameworks can be beneficial.Additional Desired Skills :- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AEM deployments.- Experience with content management systems (CMS) other than AEM is a plus.- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms like AWS or Azure.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
