Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Automation Testing Engineer with a strong background in Selenium, automation tools, and manual testing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with at least 8 years of experience, or equivalent experience with a HS/GED. Knowledge of Zephyr Test planning, BDD, and TDD is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement automated test scripts using Selenium and other automation tools.- Conduct manual testing as needed to ensure the quality of web and mobile applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and test plans.- Perform test planning, design, execution, and reporting activities.- Implement and maintain automated test frameworks and tools.- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.- Work closely with developers to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of quality products.- Stay updated with the latest testing tools, trends, and technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field OR HS/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in automation testing using Selenium or similar tools.- Strong knowledge of automation tools, Zephyr Test planning, BDD, and TDD.- Proficiency in client-side technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JUnit.- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test automation frameworks, and best practices.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and TDD (Test-Driven Development).- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
