Job Role : Dispatch Executive/ Field Supervisor Location : Raipur, Chhattisgarh Salary : 15000-20000 Per Month; Bonus & Advances as per company policyis one of the leading logistic company in India engaged in bulk transportation of Raw Materials, Semi-Finished & Finished Products for Steel, Power, Cement & Building Materials Industries. Job Overview : This opportunity presents a role to take on key dispatch & logistical related activities with an opening in learning other management areas. You will play a key role in helping to drive our existing business forward & provide satisfactory to our clients & vendo through efficient facilitation of vehicle placement & providing key information to add new vendors. Guiding Principles : Building a superior team that delivers real value through simple and brilliant solutions & looks for growth opportunities and scope for developing team building and leadership abilities. Company Core Values : Integrity, Continuous Improvement, Collaboration, Mutual Respect, Accountability Responsibilities & Duties • Lineup of vehicles in plants; Issuing DO & LR in plants & mines • Coordinating with team for apt placement of vehicles • Gathering data of other vehicles placed in plants & providing information of same to Branch office • Associate & work closely with vehicle owners, brokers & transporters to bring new vendors • Daily Dispatch Plan & Vehicle placement reporting • Follow up & Collection of LR's & Vendor Bills raised • Client & Vendor Bill Submission • Correspondence on Email & other platforms related to Vehicle dispatches • Document & Paperwork Follow ups on phone & Collection ofsame • Correspondence with Branch & Head Office for Cross Functional Team Work Requirements • Smart & Energetic Male required; Age group:- 24-38 years • Educational : Commerce Graduate • Professional : Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in transportation industry • Language : English & Hindi proficiency • Technical : Experience with Email & MS Office • Logistical : Experience in dispatch related work & vehicle placement in bulk transportation company Preferred Skills • Team work & common goal achievement abilities • Strong communication skills • Motivation to learn constantly and grow with team members • Good organizational and time-management abilities • Understanding of convincing & adding new fleet owners, transporters
