Ecom Express has its presence in all 29 states of the country and operates in over 2650+ towns across 27,000+ PIN-codes in India.Job Summary :As an Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful integration and deployment of software systems, applications, or technology solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with project/product managers and developers to ensure a smooth and efficient implementation process. Your expertise in technical configurations, troubleshooting, and client communication will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.Responsibilities :- Solution Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation process for assigned projects, including system configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with existing systems.- Technical Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of the software or technology being implemented and stay up to date with the latest features, updates, and best practices.- Client Communication: Interact with clients to understand their requirements, address questions and concerns, and provide regular updates on the implementation progress.- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with project managers and clients to gather and analyze technical requirements, ensuring that the proposed solution aligns with client needs.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues during the implementation process, working closely with the development and support teams to provide timely solutions.- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.- Training: Provide training to clients and end-users on using the implemented solution effectively.- Project Management: Collaborate with the project management team to establish timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring on-time and within-budget project completion.- Continuous Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation process.- Knowledge Sharing: Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members, contributing to the overall growth and expertise of the organization.Ideal fitment :1. API OR API integration/Implementation and SAAS product integration/Implementation.2. Familiar with MySQL3.
