About the Position :As an Engineering Lead, you will be directly responsible for many of the innovative technology products that scale the business. You will be responsible for providing guidance to team members and making relevant decisions related to technology solutions. You will work alongside our outstanding product and data teams to achieve our business objectives and expansion. Key Responsibilities includes :- Apart from writing amazing codes, collaborate with team on the organisation's strategy from technical aspect to ensure alignment with its business goals- Work closely with Engineering team to develop the system, implement new features, improvements and fixes needed to handle our current and future scale.- Build and manage a team of high potential engineers to own, drive & deliver critical parts of our products.- Ensure on-time launches by managing design, development, and integration efforts according to a standard or customized project plan- Collaborate with Product team and other internal stakeholders to drive the functionality and usability of the solutions.Knowledge, Skills and Experience :- Should have 5+ years of experience in Node and Angular.- Experience with building production systems for a startup or an Organization- Good command over NodeJs and frameworks available for it (i.e. Express, Hapi, Loopback, etc.)- Should be comfortable with RESTful web services/ APIs using ExpressJS- Should have good command over cloud infrastructure AWS (preferred), MS Azure or Google Cloud- Applicants are strongly encouraged to share their github/bitbucket or product URLs- BS/BE/BTECH degree in Computer Science or Engineering- Should be willing to work in an agile startup environment and take complete ownership of the assigned responsibilities (ref:hirist.tech)
