We believe in growing together and our people are the driving force behind our success.Job Description : - Collaborate with the production support team to provide coverage during shifts and respond to off-hour production emergencies promptly and effectively.- Monitor the production environment continuously to ensure smooth functioning of systems and applications, promptly addressing any issues or alerts that arise.- Develop complex queries for analysis, monitoring, and report generation, extracting relevant data to support decision-making and troubleshooting efforts.- Analyze technical problems, identify root causes, and resolve issues efficiently by understanding business operations, product features, and technical solutions.- Automate scheduled production processes to improve efficiency and reliability, reducing manual intervention and minimizing the risk of errors.- Test and control changes applied to both test and production environments, ensuring that all changes are thoroughly tested and documented before implementation.- Document all processes, procedures, and changes thoroughly and accurately, maintaining up-to-date documentation to support future troubleshooting and reference.- Perform level of effort estimates for assigned tasks and change orders, providing accurate assessments of time and resources required for implementation.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Past experience monitoring, maintaining, analyzing and tuning MySQL, MSSQL in a highly available environment, a central requirement.- Knowledge in MemSQL, Snowflake, Redshift, Elasticsearch will be proffered.
