Job Description :Key Responsibility Areas :The role of a Product Manager at FreeCharge (a 100% subsidiary of Axis Bank) DBAT team, your key responsibility areas include working in the product team of various categories such as Commercial Loan, Digital CASA acquisition, Investment products, SME, Equity, Trade Finance, KYC and many more financial products. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team while taking ownership and demonstrating entrepreneurial skills. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to the success of your role. Additionally, as a Product Manager, you will be required to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic environment.This role demands strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in tools such as JIRA, APIs, Integrations, and Postman. In order to effectively carry out your responsibilities as a Product Manager, you will need to have a solid understanding of these technical tools and be able to utilize them in your daily work. Furthermore, as a Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from the business team in the form of Business Requirement Documents. Their main objective lies in digitizing various banking processes where human assistance becomes obsolete. The FreeCharge DBAT team works diligently to enhance different products offered by Axis Bank such as Commercial Loan, Digital CASA acquisition, Investment products, SME, Equity, Trade Finance, KYC and many more. With their intricate knowledge of product management principles and their commitment to technological advancements within the financial sector, these Product Managers play an integral role in shaping the future of digital banking experiences!Responsibilities :- Actively participate in the agile processes, as a team product owner- Guiding and managing the team to fulfill the product requirements- Analyze solution offerings of competitors and define the strategic positioning of the product in alignment with Product owners- Define the product strategy, vision & the business value in line with the business owners and other relevant stakeholders- Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed- Work passionately to ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs- Driving the team and other stakeholders on the product goals by nurturing and guiding them- Create user stories by collaborating with Business Owners, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, DevOps, QA and Engineering. Identify clear acceptance criteria for each feature- Writing complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of informationYou should Apply If : - Working with agile development teams on large consumer products is something you are passionate about having experience of more than 6 years- You have a good understanding of next gen technologies that will be used for platform engineering and how some of them can be used in new product features- Your analytical skills and attention to detail are strong- As a team member, you enjoy participating in complex technical discussions and decision-making.- You are a curious go-getter who can inspire change, adapt quickly, and enjoy working in an environment that is constantly changing.
