Job Description :We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Project Manager specializing in Data Analytics to lead and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both project management and data analytics, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. The Technical Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Responsibilities :1. Project Planning and Initiation :- Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.- Conduct project initiation activities, including risk assessment and mitigation planning.2. Team Leadership :- Lead a team of business analysts, data engineers, and other relevant specialists.- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.3. Execution and Monitoring :- Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.- Conduct regular cadences and communicate project updates to stakeholders.4. Data and Analytics Expertise :- Leverage expertise in data and analytics to guide the technical aspects of the projects.- Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to ensure the successful implementation of data solutions.- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in data and analytics.5. Quality Assurance :- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of data outputs.- Conduct thorough testing and validation of data and analytics solutions.6. Risk Management :- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery.- Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.- Identify Positive Risks (Opportunities) for growth of the accounts7.Stakeholder Management :- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries.- Ensure alignment between project deliverables and business goals.8.Documentation :- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and lessons learned.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science).- 15 to 18 years of relevant experience collaborating with multi-functional teams on Software project management- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a focus on data and analytics projects.- Hands-on experience in Agile Project Management is desired.- Strong understanding of data management, data analytics, and business intelligence concepts.- Excellent leadership, customer facing and interpersonal skills.- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Strong communication and presentation skills.- Experience in managing projects using Databricks/Azure/Power BI/Snowflake is a plus.
