Job Description: Handling of key accounts management and ensure to meet business targets. Ensuring consistently high levels of customer excellence at all times. Building strong relations with the client for long term benefits and implement efficient & amp amp informative customer feedback system. Responsible for managing, coaching and driving the performance of the Customer Service team to achieve KRAs. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints. Identifying improvement areas & amp amp implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels. Check customer complaints regarding any updation in Membership and send to service office. Managing customers' accounts and responsible for renewals of existing clients. Develop and sustain the mutual understanding between an organization and its clients. Interacting with customers regarding payment structure and time restraints. Preparing, collecting, analyzing and evaluating monthly clients report. Coordinate with logistics team for managing effective logistics services as per the clients convince. Ensure effective planning and scheduling for self and team to meet the business objectives.
