Job Description: Primary Responsibility a. To achieve the targets which is being fixed time to time .(For instance: One lead a day ) b. Generate leads & amp amp visit the place for face to face meeting with the client. c. Acquire franchisee for our company. d. Generate report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly e. Collect competitor strategy and report every month. f. Co-ordinate with branch manager, dealer, tele sales staff and other staff for getting more orders. g. On the end of every working day, time Sheet has to be sent to the reporting head. h. Adhere Strictly to HR policies, statutory policies and any assignments from immediate reporting head. Experience/Skills a. Should have 1 yr of experience in either stock or commodity broking firm or Finance or Life insurance in the same position. b. Must have good command of the English language /other regional language is an added advantage. C.
