Lead - TechnicalResponsibilities :- Develop, Test and maintain high-quality software solutions- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure nest practicesMandatory Skills :Golang : - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Golang developmentAPI : - Proficiency in developing APIs with experience in REST or RPC or GRPCDatabase Management : - Proficiency in MongoDB is preferred. Familiarity with SQL databases is also acceptableJava/Node Js : - Solid experience in at least one additional language with a preference for java or Node JsAlgorithmic Problem Solving : - Ability to solve basic algorithmic problems and write efficient codeDesired skills (Advantageous) :Messaging Systems : - Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, NATS, IBMMQ or KafkaFrontend development : - Exposure to single-page application (SPA) development, particularly with AngularIndustry Exposure : - Previous experience or exposure to the banking and finance industryCloud Computing : - Experience with cloud platforms, Preferably AWS and proficiency in deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment (ref:hirist.tech)
