Responsibilities :As a machine learning engineer on the team, you will :Collaborate with Machine Learning scientists to design and develop sophisticated machine learning modelsCreate project plan, execute end to end and evaluate the ML systemsImplement and fine tune the state of the art neural network architecturesStay up to date with state of the art algorithms in multimodal deep learning techniquesWork with large-scale datasets, preprocess and create Cross functional collaboration with researchers, software developers, and product managersDocument and communicate thought process, technical findings and evaluation resultsProductionize the trained (deep learning) modelsContinuously monitor the performance of the models and iterate as neededMentor and guide junior engineersRequired Qualifications :Bachelors or Masters in AI/ML, Computer Science, Statistics or other relevant fields with 5+ years of AI/ML experience for Bachelors and 2+ years for MastersDepth of knowledge in Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Data SciencePrior experience in deep learning, machine learning, natural language processing or computer visionStrong programming skills in Python or C++ in a production environmentExperience in developing production ready code with best practicesIndustry experience with machine learning tools such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch among othersGood understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and probability theoryIndustry experience in CI/CD processesFamiliarity with cloud computing environments such as aws will be a plusPreferred Qualifications :Experience with large scale data processing using Spark or other big data technologiesExperience with CUDA will be a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
