Experienced and capable of handling IT infrastructure support to End users. Deploy, monitor, configure and administer Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Mobile, VC Device, CCTV Etc. Knowledge in Laptop/Desktop OS Installation, Repairing, Network Configuration, RJ45 Crimping, Mobile, Sim, Data card Management, Vendor coordination. Managed Ticketing Systems and maintain TAT. Asset Handover and Inventory management of IT Asset. Anti-virus and Patch management – Ensure all endpoints are updated with latest anti-virus signature files and all critical patches. support to Infrastructure team members in all areas whenever required. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
