Designation - IT Executive Experience Range - 6 mon to 1.5 years Technologies - Handle installing, configuring, and supporting firewalls to ensure network security. Handle troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Location - Ahmedabad (SG Highway) JOB DESCRIPTION Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems. Train or instruct users in the proper use of hardware or software. Manage and coordinate planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation. Understanding of LAN/WAN networking, Switching, and Routing. Ability to troubleshoot network issues. Must have basic Knowledge of Firewall. Must have basic knowledge about servers. Ensuring daily, weekly and monthly reports preparation and submission. Maintaining the security and confidentiality of the organization's data Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the use of IT resources Coordinating with other departments to ensure that their IT needs are met Must have basic knowledge about Microsoft Office & Google Sheets. Should have knowledge about Remote Desktop Services. AWS Cloud server knowledge is a Plus. Managing relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
