Position : IT Governance & Compliance AnalystOverview :Seeking an experienced IT Governance & Compliance Analyst to ensure our IT processes comply with regulations and standards. Responsible for policy development, compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and reporting.Responsibilities :- Develop and update IT governance policies.- Monitor compliance and identify gaps.- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.- Implement security controls and measures.- Assist in IT governance framework implementation.- Maintain documentation and prepare reports.- Provide training on IT governance and compliance.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.- 5+years of IT Audit or compliance experience.- Strong knowledge of IT frameworks and regulations.- Excellent communication and analytical skills.- Certification (e.g., CISA, Cobit 5, ITIL, CGEIT.) preferred.
