Java Fullstack With React Overview:The Java Full Stack Developer with React plays a vital role in our organization, contributing to the development and maintenance of high-quality software solutions. This position is crucial for ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end development, and enhancing the overall user experience and functionality of our applications.Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows- Designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications- Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support- Collaborating with the cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability- Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code- Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging- Creating and maintaining technical documentation- Participating in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging- Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices, and continuously improving development processes- Implementing security and data protection measures- Coordinating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic- Implementing and validating user authentication and authorization between multiple systems and environments- Collaborating with the team to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience- Participating in code review and team meetingsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (2+ years)- Extensive experience with React.js and its core principles- Proficiency with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate- Strong knowledge of web fundamentals: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript- Experience with database systems such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL- Understanding of RESTful API design and development- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly- Proven track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable software solutions- Knowledge of security best practices and implementation (ref:hirist.tech)
