Description:

- 8+ years of strong experience in managing enterprise level engagements.- Good leadership and negotiation skills to manage the e2e delivery.- Provides suitable solutions for issues based on the understanding of the business processes.- Work with stalk holders and counter parts teams to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.- Experience in creating metrics to measure and monitor team performance.- Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems, as well as a good amount of experience working with any cloud environments(AWS/Azure/GCP).- Experience in the following technologies we utilize most often: Java 8 and above, J2EE, Spring boot ,Mongo, SJSF, MVC, Node, RESTful Services, SOAP, Splunk ,Spring Microservices/API development.- In depth knowledge in Spring/Spring-boot/ORM.- Angular/ReachJS good to have.- Strong application design and implementation skills, solid understanding of entire development cycle.- Kubernetes/docker containerization.- Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.- RDBMS (Oracle., SQL server or DB2).- NoSQL (Mongo/Cassandra).- Multi-tier distributed web application.- CI/CD pipeline (bamboo/Jenkins).- Health care experience and NLP knowledge is preferable.- Good understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
