What you will do :Key Responsibilities includes : - Ensure that projects are delivered in line with Agile process and methodologies and maintain a predictable forecast for minimum 6 months.- Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling.- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.- Effectively communicate project status, updates, and issues to senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.- Prepare estimations on time frames, quality and quantity of resources required to successfully Implement projects; develop the project plan incorporating all project variables.- Assist the development team to build the technical solutions, resolve the issues through analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions.- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, prototyping, development, testing, and deployment.- Building a high-quality product development team and continue to drive to scale up.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to think strategically and solve problems creatively.- Should be able to closely work with Account managers, Architects ,Quality Leads, and other stakeholders to understand the product needs and develop features to meet those needs.- Team management, defining goals, tracking, and following up along with mentoring the directs.- Identify potential risks and address issues in product development and create strategies to mitigate them.What you'll bring ?- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.- Minimum experience required is 10-15 years in IT software industry.- Strong understanding of software development; Java/.Net/DB background and hands-on programming experience is a must.- Expert level code & architecture experience for more than 5 years - 3+ years' project management experience with end-to-end delivery- Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills- Exceptional organizational, leadership and stakeholder management skills- Very Good experience in Solution Architecture/ Technical architecture, CI/ CD and ENG/ Coding best practices (along with tools used in the projects)- Strong experience of executing projects in Agile Methodology- Strong people Management skills- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.- Exposure to cloud-native delivery patterns as well as hybrid approaches will be an added advantage. - Experience working with real-time data streams processing using Apache Kafka, Rabbit MQ will be preferred.- Strong knowledge in one of the Data bases Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL will be preferred.
