Position: Key Account Manager No of openings: 1 Reporting to: Senior Manager - National Key Accounts (Govt Sector) Location: Hyderabad What You Will Do: Achieve sales /service revenue target for the company’s products from existing large government key accounts and acquisition of new accounts for business consistency from different segments of the market. Build, develop, qualify, and close a pipeline of new business and existing opportunities required to achieve sales objectives. Develop, maintain, and improve excellent relationship with assigned major key government and private clients for the organization and increase market awareness of GEC solutions with Architects, security consultants and System Integrators in south region. Ensure the assigned annual sales plan for the role is achieved. Resolve key client issues and complaints with internal coordination. Market coverage with complete understanding of key account needs with upstream, downstream functioning & expertise. Provide Business Intelligence in terms of Market information, Competitor Information and other relevant details and reports on time to ensure right potential and opportunities in the market. Ensure accurate business forecasting and adherence. On time account receivables from assigned accounts Who we are looking for: 5-7 Years of relevant experience as Key Account Manager managing high worth/high volume existing customer business and projects. Experience in acquisition of new customers for business consistency B2B experience preferably in Government & large multilocational corporates sales. Functional Skills: Good business acumen, entrepreneurial/ commercial mindset, and interpersonal skills Good communicator in English (written & spoken) and regional language and a good presenter exhibiting go getter approach, confidence with team working skills. Computer literacy with Microsoft Office a must. A proven background utilizing a solution sales approach strategy. Sales planning, budgeting, and project management skills Excellent organizational, time management, negotiation, and customer service skills Customer centric and service-oriented mindset with proficiency in Key Accounts/Strategic Account Management for larger business entities Be prepared to travel extensively. Behavioral: High on customer relationship management, co-operative, disciplined with good inter-personal skills, team player and self- driven, result oriented.
