Job Description :Good knowledge on : Dell EMC VMAX3, PMAX, VNX, ISILON, & Netapp & Brocade SAN Switches.1) Monitoring the storage device alerts2) Basic understanding SAN and NAS3) Basic understanding of Alerts4) Health check of Devices5) Follow-up with Vendors6) Opening SR's with respective Vendors7) Netapp share drive Creation8) Assign Permissions to the Share drive on Netapp0) Good Communication skills (written and verbal)10) Knowledge of ITIL Process11) Monitor SAN switch port alerts and take preventive actions12) Understanding of Storage architectures of PMAX/NETAPP/SAN/PStore13) Basic understanding of host integration with storage.14) LUN Creation on PMAX/Pstore15) LOGS collection from storage and switches16) Update inventory of all storage devices (ref:hirist.tech)
