Job Summary As we continue to grow, we are looking for a world-class Lead Analyst, Oracle Manufacturing based in Hyderabad, India and reporting to the Sr. Manager – Enterprise Systems (PLM, Manufacturing & Planning). This role focuses on delivering end-to-end IT Manufacturing solutions, primarily centered on Oracle Shop Floor Management (OFSM) and Discrete Manufacturing, in collaboration with process owners and department users. The role involves providing expert advice and support on Oracle modules such as Inventory, Shop Floor Management, BOM, WIP, Costing, MSCA, and Enterprise Command Center dashboards, and working closely with cross-functional IT teams to offer technical consulting and implement industry best practices in the manufacturing domain. Responsibilities include planning, design, setup, testing, support, maintenance, monitoring, and lifecycle improvement for the enterprise IT manufacturing domain, contributing to our organization's growth and sustainability goals by enhancing efficiency in Manufacturing, Supply chain, Corporate Finance, Sales, and Marketing operations. You’ll be responsible for: Provide 24/5 support for Oracle EBS manufacturing modules, including on-call support for critical incidents. Translate business requirements into system capability needs and collaborate with domain consultants to ensure effective solutioning. Act as a trusted functional analyst for all project activities related to Oracle EBS Manufacturing and third-party system integrations. Collaborate with auditors for SOX controls, ensuring compliance and providing supporting evidence. Ensure quality solution development and deployment, aligning with customer stakeholders' criteria. Drive adoption and performance measures with customer stakeholders, working closely with technical developers. Serve as a point of escalation for project issues, identifying roadblocks, and communicating status to stakeholders. You should bring: Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business administration. 7-9 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (R12.2.X) Manufacturing or similar platforms. Experience in process flows, architecture diagrams, and data modeling. Extensive experience in "Forecast to Build," "Pick to Order," "Assemble to Order" processes. Strong understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.X system and data integration architecture. Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and documentation. Experience supporting internal audit, SOX Audit, and GDPR requirements. Proficiency in Oracle Inventory, BOM, WIP, Costing, Quality, and MSCA modules. Experience with Oracle Order Management, ASCP, and Kinaxis Rapid Planning is a plus. Minimum two E2E system implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in an agile environment.
