Work Mode : Work from the office (Can be give work from home option, But in case of any performance issue then, Have to be available for work from the office)Experience : 4 to 8 YrsRole : PeopleSoft HCM - Payroll Functional Consultant (Sr. Technical Analyst / Lead Analyst)Skills : PeopleSoft HCM North America Payroll, PeopleTools, Pl/SQL.Shift : UK & US Shifts (Weekly rotation) - Return Cab Facility Available - Only for Night Shift - (After 9 PM Return)Requirement : - 6 to 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst.- Minimum for 2+ Years Team Lead Role (For Lead Position is mandate) - Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM modules - NA- North America-Payroll.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities : - Configure, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Perform system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to PeopleSoft technologies and Financials modules.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft solutions with other business systems.- Flexible to work in rotational Shift- Ability to propose solutions and document technical specifications.Notice Period - Less then 15 Days / Official 1 Month Time,Location - Bengaluru / Bangalore (KA) (ref:hirist.tech)
