Job Description :- We are seeking a dynamic Lead BI Administrator with 6 to 9 years of experience to join our team.- The Lead BI Administrator will provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.- This role involves overseeing and actively contributing to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of BI applications while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.- The Lead BI Administrator will also mentor and coach junior developers, provide technical direction, and drive innovation within the team.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities :Technical Leadership :- Provide technical leadership and guidance in the development and implementation of BI solutions.- Oversee and actively contribute to the design, coding, testing, and deployment of BI applications.Mentorship and Coaching :- Mentor and coach junior developers, providing technical direction and support.- Share knowledge and best practices to help team members grow and develop their skills.Project Coordination :- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of BI projects.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives.Innovation and Continuous Improvement :- Drive innovation within the team, exploring new technologies and approaches to improve BI solutions.- Continuously evaluate and enhance processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Leadership and Communication :- Exhibit strong leadership skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals.- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide updates on project status and escalate issues as needed.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 6 to 9 years of experience in Business Intelligence administration and development.- Proficiency in Power BI administration, including Power BI Services and licensing.- Strong technical skills in BI development, including data modeling, report/dashboard design, and ETL processes.- Experience with SQL Server, SQL queries, and database administration.- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
