We are looking for a high-energy individual for the role of Lead Data Analyst.Job Roles and Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.Provide guidance on data analysis techniques, methodologies, and best practices.Oversee workload distribution and ensure timely project delivery.Drive client meetings with data-driven insights and observations on key metricsCollaborate with client stakeholders and Translate business requirements into understanding key KPIs that can help guide decision makingAcquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsDefine requirements for business dashboards.Pull out real-time business metrics from transactional systems/data-warehouses and understand the trends/drivers of those metrics.Lead and participate in daily standup meetings to continuously assess data needs and deliver those.Design and maintain Advanced dashboards that enables deeper insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs) across various business functionsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis/Product Analyst function in a Product org or a client facing roleBachelor's degree in either Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field from a reputable universityStrong proficiency in SQL for querying databasesKnowledge of ETL processes, and data warehousing principlesExpertise in using visualization tools such as Tableau & Power BI (Must Haves).Ability to understand the technology stack, dependencies between applications and how the data flows between them.
