THE ROLE :You will be responsible to build a culture of automation and platform design that integrates security as a shared responsibility throughout the entire IT and tech lifecycle and be part of the team that's responsible for vulnerability management in Information Security projects. You will develop a roadmap for a comprehensive information security policy and procedure. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :Developing integrations between various tools and our vulnerability management and security systemsIdentifying gaps in current management processes by conducting vulnerability scans at the network, operating system, database, and application levels on both internal and external systems within the organization and recommending areas for improvementReporting security metrics and effectively communicating to senior leadership the risks associated with identified vulnerabilitiesSelecting the right tools to continuously integrate security, like agreeing on an integrated development environment (IDE) with security features to automate security gates & streamline DevOps workflowReviewing security and compliance requirements and evaluating the security products to the internal team and assisting in on-boarding the right productTHE QUALIFICATIONS :Bachelor's Degree in B.E / B.Tech or M.Tech/M.E in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent6+ years of experience in Information Security and Cloud Security (AWS)Certifications such as CCSK, CCAK, CISSP, CCSE are preferredKnowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks and the requirements underlying each, including ISO, SOX, PCI, FedRAMP and HIPAAExperience of working in the Fintech, Banking or Payment sector is preferredSuperior proven analytical and problem solving skills, with an ability to derive insights and present findingsOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, excellent at documentationAbility to multitask and own several key responsibilities at a given timePassion for excellence constantly striving to improve professional skills and business operationsA passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and sites!In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
