What We're Looking For :- 7 +Years of experience- Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot for backend development.- Strong experience with Kafka and AWS services.- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure management.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically with Github Actions.- Experience in web application development and a strong advocate for best practices like pairing, test-driven development (TDD), and story writing.- Willingness to engage in full stack development, covering backend, frontend, and infrastructure.- Excellent consulting skills and adept at managing stakeholders.- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on supporting both individual and team growth.What You'll Be Doing:- Developing backend components using Java/Spring Boot.- Leveraging AWS services such as ECS, IAM, Cloudwatch, S3, and Lambda to build scalable and reliable applications.- Managing infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate deployment and configuration.- Setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.- Contributing to web application development, adhering to best practices like pairing, TDD, and story writing.- Participating in full stack development, including backend, frontend, and infrastructure tasks as needed.- Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance and solutions.- Providing leadership within the team, mentoring junior members, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Exploring and potentially implementing additional technologies like AWS SES, MongoDB, React JS, and Kafka as needed, with a willingness to learn new technologies on the job.
