FMS Vendor shall provide the operating system administration services for all the OS (Linux, Windows, Red hat, HP-UX, etc) and ensures the services included but not limited to the following a. OS Installation /Reinstallation b. Package administration c. User Administration d. File system administration & monitoring e. Cluster administration, monitoring & management f. Basic Shell Scripting g. Scheduling cron jobs h. SSH Configuration i. LVM Administration j. NTP Configuration k. Monitoring Resource utilization l. Kernel & other critical parameters performance turning m. Monitoring CPU, Zombie process, load average, disk space, memory utilization, I/O utilization, etc n. Apply OS Patches, BIOS, Firmware, drivers and necessary updates o. Regular analysis of events, kernel messages, necessary systems and application logs
