With a commitment to customization, our platform not only incorporates all available open-source algorithms but also boasts proprietary techniques for training custom neural networks that consistently outperform classical models, all easily automated.Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design machine learning solutions for diverse use-cases, including churn prediction, time-series forecasting, and personalization.- Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models, leveraging both open-source algorithms and proprietary techniques for training custom neural networks.- Work closely with data engineers and AI agents to ensure seamless integration of data sources and effective data wrangling for model training.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our autonomous AI service by researching and implementing cutting-edge machine learning techniques and algorithms.- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models in production, identifying and addressing any issues promptly.- Collaborate with the product team to understand user feedback and iterate on machine learning models for improved accuracy and effectiveness.- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in machine learning, and actively share knowledge within the team.Qualifications : - Bachelor's/Master's/Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on developing and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.- Familiarity with cloud platforms and experience in deploying machine learning models on cloud infrastructure.- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and their practical applications.- Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large-scale datasets.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Benefits : - Competitive salary (INR 40 LPA to about INR 80 LPA + Stock Options).- Flexible work hours.- Professional development opportunities.- Collaborative and innovative work environment.
