Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing Data Science team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve real-world business problems across various domains like recommendation systems, customer segmentation, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and time series forecasting.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements for machine learning solutions.- Explore, clean, and pre-process data from various sources (structured and unstructured) using Python and SQL.- Develop and implement machine learning models using supervised learning (e.g., classification, regression) and unsupervised learning (e.g., clustering, dimensionality reduction) techniques.- Build and deploy recommendation systems, customer segmentation models, NLP applications, and time series forecasting models (depending on project needs).- Utilize libraries like scikit-learn for traditional machine learning tasks and explore deep learning libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch for complex problems (if applicable).- Integrate machine learning models into production pipelines and monitor their performance.- Effectively communicate technical concepts and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies.Qualifications :- Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may be considered).- 7 to 9 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related data science role.- Strong proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with data science libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, etc.).- Working knowledge of SQL for data retrieval and manipulation.- Experience with applying supervised and unsupervised learning techniques to solve real-world problems.Preferred : - Experience with NLP techniques and tools for text data analysis.- Experience with time series analysis and forecasting techniques.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for non-technical audiences.
