Job Description - Business Analyst: We are looking for a role of business analyst to support the product, tech and operation teams in key projects and optimizing current processes.What you'll do:- Creating a detailed analysis of problems, opportunities and solutions for the products- Planning the upcoming releases and monitoring post releases- Modelling the impact of any new changes- Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders- Meetings with external stakeholders- Follow ups with internal and external teams What you'll need to have:- Good knowledge in SQL- Advanced knowledge in Excel- Good knowledge in graphs - representation and understanding- Strong communication skills- Basic understanding of APIs, request, response and other concepts.- Capability to find inferences from the data (ref:hirist.tech)
