Job Title : Microsoft Dynamics - CRM Testing. Location : Bangalore & Pune. Total Experience - 5 to 8 years.Mode of Work Hybrid. Mode of Hiring - Contract. Notice Period - Immediate - 30days.Good to have skills. - CRM functionalities, modules, and customization capabilities.- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases/test scripts, and test scenarios. Below is JD for tester.- Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM functionalities, modules, and customization capabilities.- Proficiency in designing and executing test cases/test scripts, and test scenarios.- Experience with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and test automation frameworks.- Understand business requirements and functional specifications of Dynamics CRM software.- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.- Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and related testing practices.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Good working experience of SQL statements.
