If you have a strong foundation in custom software design, coding, and integration, and thrive in a dynamic environment where technology creates value, this role is for you.Role : Pega CDH Lead Decisioning Architect (LDA). Location : Chennai/Bangalore. Mode : In-office. Responsibilities :- Oversee Pega CDH application architecture.- Engage in thorough E2E implementation and architecture design with very strong knowledge in Pega CDH architecture, customization, configuration, integration, coding, design patterns and custom business logics.- Identify project risks and guide the development of best practices.- Support the delivery of technical solutions to project delivery teams.- Creating the optimum technical solution in the context of Customers environment, requirements, and financial resources.- Ensure adherence to Bank's standards and acceptance in architectural reviews.- Should have experience in Pega CDH V8.8 multi app, Cloud SaaS version and retail banking domain is preferred.- Excellent communication skillsCandidate Profile :- Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.- Strong knowledge of Pega CDH architecture and integration.- Leadership skills and the ability to drive project success.- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.What We Offer :- Leadership role in a pivotal technology area.- Opportunities for career advancement.- Supportive work culture focused on innovation and excellence.
