The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the project team, ensuring that the project is delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest standard.Responsibilities:- Create and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.- Coordinate and manage project resources, ensuring that team members have the information and support required to deliver the project.- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.- Conduct risk assessments and create contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.- Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring that changes are appropriately documented and approved.- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including regular project status reports and updates.- Facilitate collaboration between team members and stakeholders to drive project success.- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer requirements.- Use project management software to manage and track project progress.Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on data analytics projects.- Proven experience in project management software, such as JIRA, Asana or Trello.- Strong knowledge of data analysis and related tools, such as SQL, R or Python.- Experience in Agile Methodologies.- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management capabilities.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Knowledge of financial management, risk management, and change management.What we offer:- Competitive Salary and Benefits.- Opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and growing startup.- Grow your career with the company.- Ownership You will own your initiative and be given specific responsibilities.- Continuous coaching & mentoring - You will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with other senior data scientists and AI experts across the globe.- Dynamic and respectful work environment - we truly value you.
