Required Experience : 1 to 3 yearsLocation : BangaloreThe candidate who can join within 30 daysWork from officeJob Summary :We are looking for a Network Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in networking concepts and technologies, as well as a strong willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.- Perform network configuration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability.- Monitor network traffic and performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new network solutions and technologies.- Document network configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure accuracy and consistency.- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams as needed.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in networking technologies.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).- 1-3 years of experience in network engineering or a related field.- Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.- Experience with network equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or Aruba.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus but not required.
