www.giniminds.com Profile: Implementation Engineer 1Job Designation: Network Security SpecialistThis specific role is focused on Design and Deployment of technical solution in Information Security domain involving pre and post sales activities.Responsibilities- Design Information Security solution aligned to Zero Trust and SASE Security principal covering anti-malware, routers, switches, Anti-SPAM, intrusion detection or intrusion prevention, firewalls, cryptography systems, DLP, Threat Intelligence, SIEM, MDM etc.- Coordinate and oversee log analysis for managed services offerings to ensure customer policy and security requirements are met.- Work in collaboration with appropriate stakeholders to ensure customers have right Information Security solutions that are fully operational and secure.- Collaborate with sales, product management, engineering, and other departments on security-related items and any other duties as assigned by the firm.- Value articulation of OEM specific solutions around Information Security.- Work with OEM's and other partners to stitch E2E (End to End) solutions as per client's requirements.- Create cost competitive and compliant BOM's as per client's requirements working with OEM teams.- Create SOW and validate the SOW for accurate effort estimations- Create HLD / LLD based on BOM and be prepared to do onsite installations (for non-complex solutions)- Engage with partners to get the complex solutions implemented by Giniminds partners eco-system- Assist in performing assessment services to determine the challenges faced by customer and map to Giniminds solution offerings.- Wear multiple hats of pre-sales engineer post sale solution architect for Infra solutions- Continue to create new pipeline for Giniminds solution offerings and work with sales teams for successful closure of business proposals.- Continue to participate in sales/solution reviews and be a strategic part of Giniminds team to grow, scale and enable Giniminds to be first choice of partner to customer.Required Skills:- Extensive technical know-how of security & network devices (Switches, Anti-Malware, Firewalls, Cryptography, SIEM) and any other security networking hardware or software tools across hybrid cloud environment.- Experience: 3-5 years field experience in selling / configuring / managing Information Security solutions in implementing Zero Trust Security framework for mid-enterprise.- Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge implementing, configuring, integrating, and supporting the network security with Checkpoint, F5 Load Balancers, BigIP LTM, GTM, IPAM, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto, Juniper, Proxy solutions. (Not all are needed but the more you have is desired).- Knowledge of networking concepts such as WAN / SD-WAN connectivity, transport types and protocols, and experience with wireless technology and Wireless deployment for a user base over 500 users per site.- Strong understanding of latest technology trends and solutions in Information Security domain.- Strong acumen to respond to RFP by mapping a compliant solution offerings and OEM specific solutions and Giniminds solution offerings.- Attention to details and good problem-solving skills.- Strong verbal and written business and technical communication skills.- Certifications: (At least 2) CCNP /CCNA, CCIE, CCSA, FCNSP, CISSP, SSCP, CEH, GIAC, Security +, OSCP, CompTIA Server+, MCSE, LPIC, CompTIA Cloud+, VCP, or CCSE qualified.- Create Power Point presentations and present technical solutions to customersDesired Skills:- Good understanding of Cloud technologies and securing Cloud workload.- Scripting knowledge enabling automation of simple / routine tasks.- Ability to work with eco system of Giniminds partners, customers and internal teams.
