The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of organizational change principles and methodologies, coupled with excellent communication and training skills. As an OCM Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through digital transformative change initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and implementation of new processes, technologies, and organizational structures. How You Will Make an Impact Change Management Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to assess organizational readiness for change, identify potential challenges, and develop comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project objectives. Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Engage with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build awareness, garner support, and manage resistance to change. Develop and implement communication plans to ensure consistent messaging and transparency throughout the change process. Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs based on the scope and impact of the change initiative. Design and develop customized training programs, materials, and resources to address identified gaps and facilitate skill development. Training Delivery and Facilitation: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and adult learning principles. Provide ongoing support and coaching to reinforce learning and promote knowledge retention. Change Impact Analysis: Assess the potential impact of change on employees, processes, and systems, and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption and optimize performance. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change interventions, making adjustments as needed to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Organizational Culture and Alignment: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and organizational agility by promoting shared vision, values, and behaviors that support the desired change. Work closely with leadership to align organizational goals and objectives with individual and team performance. Risk Management and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify risks and issues associated with change implementation, and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential negative impacts. Facilitate problem-solving sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and overcome barriers to success. Knowledge Management and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of change management activities, including training materials, communication plans, and lessons learned. Document best practices and success stories to inform future change initiatives and build organizational capacity for change. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (master’s degree preferred). Proven experience (min. 5 years) in organizational change management, preferably within consulting or corporate environments. Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR model) and best practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in training needs analysis, curriculum development, and instructional design. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools/software. Change management certification (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) is a plus. Prior experience working in large SAP or IBM Maximo Implementation Programs (specifically EAM, PM, MM, WM and/or EWM) Preferred Qualifications Prior work experience as an associate partner/partner from one of the Big 5 consulting firms Prior experience in JIRA Projects, reporting and dashboarding Knowledge of industry verticals such as Mining, Utilities, Chemicals, and Oil & Gas What We Offer above work Competitive compensation, including stock options Exceptional health, vision, and dental care A positive, open, and highly-innovative environment and team.
