Job Description Lead the technical design and implementation of CCM solutions, considering client requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver high-quality CCM projects within specified timelines. Provide technical expertise in designing templates, workflows, and document composition using CCM tools and platforms. Conduct analysis of client needs and develop customized CCM solutions to meet business objectives. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in CCM to continuously enhance our technical capabilities. Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to team members on CCM best practices and technical challenges. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in CCM implementations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CCM systems and processes. Collaborate with clients to gather technical requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Participate in pre-sales activities, including presenting technical solutions to clients and contributing to proposal development. Primary Skills Proven experience as a Technical Lead in CCM projects, with a strong understanding of document composition, workflow design, and template development. Proficiency in CCM tools such as Quadient Inspire, OpenText Exstream, or similar platforms. Solid programming skills, preferably in languages like Java, JavaScript, or C#. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
