About the Role:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle CC&B Technical Consultant to join our team. You will play a crucial role in leading and executing successful CC&B implementations for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass conducting technical workshops, designing solutions, guiding development teams, and ensuring optimal system functionality.Responsibilities:- Conduct technical workshops with customers to gather and understand their specific business requirements for CC&B implementation.- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of CC&B to design effective and scalable solutions that meet customer needs.- Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and mentorship in developing CC&B configurations and customizations.- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CC&B with existing business processes.- Participate in the entire CC&B implementation lifecycle, from end-to-end execution to post-go-live support.- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in CC&B, including the SPL framework, Java algorithms, and batch development.- Configure and manage various CC&B tools such as Business Objects (BO), Message Objects (MO), UI Maps, Business Scripts, Service Scripts, BPA Scripts, Zones, and Portals.- Possess a deep understanding of at least one core CC&B functional module (e.g., Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Metering, Case Management).- Create comprehensive external designs and technical designs for CC&B implementations.- Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions through clear written and oral communication.Candidate Qualifications:- 6-12 years of experience in Oracle CC&B technical consulting or related field.- Proven track record of successful end-to-end CC&B implementations.- In-depth knowledge of the CC&B Java framework and its functionalities.- Proficiency in Oracle CC&B and the SPL scripting language.- Hands-on experience with various CC&B configuration tools (BO, MO, UI Map, etc.).- Experience with at least one of the key CC&B functional modules (Billing, Payments, Credit & Collections, Metering, Case Management, etc.).- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a development team.- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.Required Skills:- CC&B Technical (CC&B, ORMB, SPL Framework)- Java Programming- Written and Oral CommunicationBonus Points:- Experience with cloud-based deployments of CC&B (e.g., Oracle Cloud)- Experience with integration tools (e.g., SOA Suite, API Gateway) for connecting CC&B with external systems- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver solutions within deadlines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ref:hirist.tech)
