About the Role :We are seeking a highly motivated Oracle Cloud Integration Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing new cloud business applications and integrations for our clients. You will collaborate with a team of analysts and leads to design, develop, and test these integrations, ensuring seamless data flow and improved business processes.Responsibilities :Learn and adapt to new technologies quickly : - Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Oracle Cloud Integration services and readily incorporate them into your work.Cloud Integration Expertise : - Work closely with the team to implement new cloud business applications and integrations for clients using Oracle Cloud Integration services.Proof of Concept Development : - Assist in developing proof-of-concept code that demonstrates how cloud integrations can expand Equinix's business objectives and application landscape.Integration Design, Implementation, and Testing : - Participate in the design, development, and testing of integrations, ensuring they meet client requirements and function flawlessly.Oracle Integration Services Coordination : - Take an active role in coordinating activities related to Oracle Application Integration services.First-Line User Support : Provide first-line support to users of financial systems, including :- Responding to inquiries from business users regarding integrations.- Offering one-on-one support, explanations, and guidance to users.- Triaging data issues, process issues, and user errors before escalating to IT.Project Management :- Assist with developing business cases for integration projects.- Participate in project planning and monitoring activities.- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document integration requirements.Qualifications :- 5 to 10 years of experience in IT, with a focus on integration technologies.- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.- Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Integration services (OIC) or similar integration platforms (iPaaS) preferred.- Experience with designing, developing, and testing integrations using APIs, web services, and messaging protocols.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing environments.- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
