Job Description :As an Oracle Intelligent Advisor (OIA) Developer, you will be responsible for developing policy models and interactive interviews based on business requirements, complex policies, and legislation. You will work closely with stakeholders to author rules, design interviews, and transform business rules into a cohesive policy model. Additionally, you will create and configure web-based interviews, perform scenario testing, and implement integrations using the Connector framework and APIs.Responsibilities :- Develop policy models and interactive interviews based on business requirements, complex policy, and legislation.- Author rules finalized as per business requirements.- Design interviews in line with customer requirements and expectations.- Create, manage, and quality-assure rule documents and data models.- Transform business rules into a Policy Model.- Create and configure web-based interviews, including grouping input controls, changing screen appearance, mapping data, and defining generated documents.- Perform scenario testing of new and changed policy.- Implement integration using the Connector framework.- Work with different APIs.Professional Skills and Expertise Required :- Excellent knowledge of XML and good knowledge of Java.- Four years of work experience in policy modeling, rule authoring, interview designing, rule testing, and connector development.- Experience in collection and sales domain is an advantage.- Experience with version control tools like VSS, CVS, or SVN.- Good understanding of build and deploy procedures.- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).- Strong experience designing and working with service-oriented architectures (SOA).- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment.- Analytical with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes and concepts.- Strong attention to detail and desire to deliver accurately and efficiently.- Ability to work collaboratively and independently on multiple projects.
