MUST HAVE PHARMA LICENCE OF GUJARAT The Pharmacist is responsible for providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients. This includes dispensing medications, providing drug information, and monitoring patient drug therapies. The Pharmacist will also counsel patients on the proper use of their medications, provide immunizations, and participate in health promotion activities. Responsibilities: Dispense medications according to prescriptions and other health care providers’ orders Provide information and advice about drugs, their side effects, proper storage and disposal of medications Monitor patient drug therapies for safety and effectiveness Provide immunizations to patients as necessary Maintain accurate patient profiles including allergies, current medications, and other important medical information Maintain accurate records of dispensing activities Participate in health promotion activities such as blood pressure screenings or flu shot clinics Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practice Requirements: Licensed pharmacist in the state of GUJARAT Knowledge of pharmaceuticals including generic and brand name drugs, dosage forms, indications, contraindications, interactions, side effects
