Position Summary Pre-sales Architect is a vital role in winning new business for MuleSoft practice at COFORGE. He/she would ideally be positioned to understand the customer's high-level objectives and match these to MuleSoft solutions, in order to satisfy business and technical requirements. Primary Responsibilities Work closely with the sales and marketing team. Translate client objectives and requirements into the MuleSoft solution concept for specific deals, based on service offerings and capabilities. Understand and incorporate the best processes, tools & accelerators in the solutions. Manage, technically control and ensure high-quality delivery by following best-defined process, quality assurance framework and established norms. Participate in MuleSoft strategic initiatives to industrialize the solutions process and to enhance the competitiveness of AM proposals. Act as a member of a high-performance organization by engaging in value add activities that leverage the collective capabilities of the team Overall accountability of budgeting the projects. Own and lead end-to-end pursuits to drive RFP / RFI responses on solution architecture, estimation, pricing, project implementation approach, timelines, scope, project management, governance, and pricing, etc. Presentations to the clients, conduct demos and roadshows. Apply domain expertise and innovative ideas to design the solutions. Evaluate multiple options to meet client's business requirements. Assist in identifying service improvements to increase customer satisfaction. Ensure delivery of projects meet client and company expectations. Collaborate with the teams to promote re-use and develop consistent technical build, implementation and support processes. Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience 15+ years of IT experience as a technical specialist, technical sales, enterprise architect or consultant in customer-facing roles in MuleSoft solution offerings. Should have sound knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and it's associated components (Basic components as part of the subscription + API Manager & Analytics, Anypoint Monitoring, Composer, ACM, RPA, UAPIM etc.) Should have prior experience in designing and implementing solutions using MuleSoft API-Led Connectivity approach Ability to setup and configure MuleSoft Platform - CloudHub, On-Premise, RTF and Customer hosted environments. Ability to size the platform, based on integration requirements and Non-Functional-Requirements / Security aspects etc. Ability to learn and execute POC's, as new features and components get added to the platform Prior experience in dealing with RFP/RFI/RFQ's etc. Must to have Certifications - MCIA, MCPA, GTM etc. (either or, or a combination) Good to have prior experience having worked on other integration platforms, in addition to MuleSoft Our Commitment to YouYou’ll benefit from our network of global communities and collaborative culture and have the opportunity to develop valuable industry-specific expertise.
