The Role UI/UX designer to become part of the vibrant and fast growing design team. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our B2B SaaS products in both mobile & web platforms. From understanding user needs to designing usable solutions, you love owning the product’s experience. If you advocate a user-first approach to achieve the north star and love working closely with cross-functional teams, then this is for you! How You Will Make an Impact: Contribute to and maintain a Design System to design products that deliver simple and consistent across products and platforms. Collaborate with Engineering teams to ensure smooth hand-off of designs ensuring experience gets translated well into development. Represent the voice of the user with objectivity. You collect, analyze and document user requirements, needs, challenges from Senior Designers & Product Owners Demonstrate strong UX process to justify every design decision, debate your views, while remaining open to other perspectives Create journey maps, process flows and wireframes for design solutions that are intuitive, easy to use. Proactively identify and propose improvements to existing design, process and tools What will be preferred by us? Having a strong portfolio of UX design work which demonstrates design-thinking, creative problem solving and a user centered design process. Past Experience on using and maintaining design systems Good to have knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, Mat Angular Design Components, iOS & Android Components) to facilitate collaboration with developers. Experience working in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry. What You Bring to The Team: Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a highly energetic, passionate, and purpose-driven executive that wants to make a significant impact on the world. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and data-driven organization and is obsessed with performance marketing and search engine optimization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2-4 yrs of experience designing for cross platform devices (Android, iOS, windows, mobile, desktop) to deliver consistent experiences. Experience with concepts of design tools like Components in Figma, Figjam, Miro, Adobe XD. Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, web and mobile interface trends Bachelors or Masters degree in design or a related field will be a plus but not mandatory.
